• Guests are welcome to check in at any time.
• Check out time 11am,late checkout is subject to room availability and surcharge.
• Regrettably, no refunds on confirmed bookings.
• Restaurant hours between 7am and 5pm.
• Swimming pool open between 8am and 5pm to accommodate for cleaning and treatment.
• Residence Hotel is not liable for items lost or misplaced on the property. For your safety, a personal safe is provided in each room.
• Pre termination of booking is strictly forbidden, extensions of stay are subjected to availability and rate adjustments.
• A fully refundable deposit of $50 USD is required before check-in subject to all items in rooms being accounted for or no damage caused by residents regardless of whether such damage was caused intentionally or through negligence.
• We humbly request our guests to not smoke in the rooms as a deep cleaning surcharge of $100 which will be issued to guest.
• As we do not hold a Liquor License, drinking or alcohol bottles in all public areas will not be tolerated at any time or circumstance.
• Silent hours between 10pm and 6am.
• We do not allow any pets or animals into the rooms or on premises.
• Bookings to be made by persons of at least 18 years of age.
• Residence Hotel will not be liable for any vehicle parked on the premises or outside.
• Residence Hotel will not be liable for any personal injuries or damages.
• Bookings made through Travel agents or any third party are to be paid in full before Check-in.
• Positive Identification in the form of a passport, drivers license or Identity Book will be required at check in.
• Visitors not allowed post 10pm in guest rooms.
• Guests are to cover all bills prior to check-out.
• All documents held by Residence hotel of the guests such as ID and other personal information are strictly confidential and shall not be shared with any third party.
• Subject to the maximum occupancy applicable by the room, 1 couple sharing or 1 single individual per room, no two single individuals to occupy one room at a time.
